Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!


All fitness levels can use these programs, however, the programs are mainly for beginners to intermediate lifters or those who don't follow a structured routine and would like to do so.


No, you don't need any equipment! The home program is created in a way where you'll still be challenged with your bodyweight. However, if you do have access to dumbbells, you can definitely use them!


You can achieve amazing results! It also depends on you! The exercise programs include valuable information, but it depends on the time and effort you put in! 


Both exercise programs will help with either one of those goals! That boils down to your nutrition, and both programs have information about either route you'd like to take. The exercises remain the same whether you're losing weight, gaining muscle mass, etc.


No, they don't have meal plans because I'm not a Registered Dietitian. However, these exercise programs include a chart of food ideas regarding information about protein, carbs and fats. There is information on how to improve your eating habits with different scenarios.


With 1:1 training, I can provide a customized exercise program that is tailored to your specific health and fitness goals. On the other hand, the virtual exercise programs are generalized. Both types of training are beneficial for you, but they're different routes you can take, depending on you and your goals!
